4. We close at a local, reputable attorney's office and sign the final paperwork.  You get to move on, and we handle all the rest!

Yes, we do things differently here at Grand Jubilee Homes.  Although we may not be able to offer you full retail value for your home, we do offer other benefits that the traditional home sale route can't offer.  You don't have the added expense of holding a property for 90+ days waiting to close.  We don't have to wait for approval from banks, so this saves LOTS of time and money.  There's no inspections that have to be passed in order for the sale to be finalized.  We simply want to BUY YOUR HOUSE!  Compared to traditional home sales, it IS easy!
